We spent the day at Formby Point…one of the only places in the UK that has lots of Red Squirrels…

We explored the woodland trails amongst tall pine trees…we saw one or two squirrels!

We found a secret den in the woods…

We had a look inside…

It was a nice shady spot…

We walked through the shady woods to the sea… on the beach we played in the sand…

We had a nice paddle…in a surprisingly warm Irish Sea!

What a wonderful day we had at this special place!
