Every January we think of our friends the birds and we make them delicious birdy cakes…

We gather our ingredients together…

We melt the fat very carefully in a bowl…

We add the seeds and berries and give the mixture a good stir…

Then we spoon it into the yogurt pots…leave it to set in the fridge…
