We wanted to make something really special for Mothering Sunday this year…

we decided to make a vase of flowers …

So first we made vases out of air dry clay…

We rolled out the clay and cut out some shapes…

Then we shaped our vases…

We put them in a warm dry room to dry for a couple of days…

and we painted them beautiful colours…which was great fun…

We made some lovely paper flowers from tissue paper and fuzzy sticks…this was auntie Liddy’s idea…

Our beautiful finished vases…gorgeous….
